What is Veganism?

Veganism is a way of living which seeks to exclude, as far as is possible and practicable, all forms of exploitation of, and cruelty to, animals for food, clothing or any other purpose.

Why Veganism?

This is a difficult question to answer briefly, but the simple answer is that if we can live a perfectly healthy and fulfilled life without harming others, we should. The food chain has no place in today's society. Compassion and respect for animal welfare and the environment should always be the priority.
